EOS not credited to my account

In recent days I made a withdrawal for the amount of 79.396  eos which I sent to my bybite wallet for which I entered the wrong memo, the support team of bybite helped me recover them and they were sent or returned back to the sender wallet the BC wallet, so I contacted BC support to have those eos credited to my account and to this day they have not given me any response only that I get in touch with my wallet that they You can help me but they have already done their job, meaning you are not crediting me with those even though they are already in your account.
