Unable to withdraw remaining funds nor Advanced KYC

Question

When I try to withdraw my money like I used to do, I had a notification that my crypto and tip permission has been suspended. When I'm reaching out to the support, they told me to do a Advanced KYC Verification. After some pictures, I got a notif that I have reached maximum number of submission attempts. And then after texting the supporters again, they told me to send an email to [email protected] to withdraw my remaining funds. I have done all the step they required me but the respond on [email protected] was I was unable to KYC, etc,... without mentioning about a way for me to withdraw. What should I do ?

I’m having the same problem — I finished kyc, I bet just a little, then when I tried to withdraw, they blocked it saying there’s an ongoing “investigation.” Support keeps telling me to wait but can’t give a straight reason. It’s frustrating because I’ve done everything they asked.

If anyone has gotten past this or got a clear answer, could you share what worked?
